Hello! Welcome to Ablurk’s Needful Things!

“Just trying to make a little room in the garage for our moped built for 2!”

We have been “collecting” for years, but find that we just have to let some of it go, for space sake.

Here at Needful Things you can shop with confidence! We always strive to provide the highest quality new, used and collectible items we can find, and pass them on to our customers.

We specialize in unique vintage, antique and a few new items from Auctions, Estate Sales, Specialty Stores and of course our own treasures!

Your satisfaction is very important to us and we are dedicated to providing a positive experience for all of our visitors. We work hard to provide an accurate representation of each item and have endeavored to photograph every item as to its condition and authenticity to the best of our ability. Photographs are part of the description – we take as many photographs as we think are necessary to present this accurate and truthful “picture” of the items we are selling, but please contact us if you would like more photos of any item!

Shipping Policy

Our goal is to keep shipping costs down. One way we have found is to use the calculated pricing by Bonanza and Ebay. Occasionally we may offer free or flat rate shipping, but it will generally be on a light weight item, where distance does not increase the shipping cost.

We are more than happy to quote shipping costs for different methods or carriers if you need us to.

We will notify you once your package has been shipped, with all the details and usually a tracking number.

INSURANCE – Your item may be insured against loss or damage, please inspect it immediately upon arrival.

SPEED – We normally ask for 3 business days to get your order shipped, but most times we can get them out sooner. Sometimes USPS Priority Mail is only a few pennies more so we go ahead and use that, at no extra charge to you, but normally unless you contact us for a quote on shipping, Bonanza and Ebay is just calculating for the cheapest (slowest) method.

COMBINE SHIPPING AND SAVE:

• We are more than happy to combine shipping to save you money.
• If you do decide to combine shipping: Please do not pay for the items until we have sent an invoice.
• Normally combined items must be paid for with one (1) payment to qualify for a discount.
• Combined shipping may not be available on some of the larger items.

INTERNATIONAL:

• We can ship internationally to most countries, please contact us.
• First Class International Mail is the cheapest. However, normally we cannot track or insure them and First Class only goes up to four pounds. So Priority Mail International, though expensive is sometimes our only option.
• CUSTOMS FEES: Ordering items outside of the U.S: Your orders will be charged customs fees when it arrives. The shipping payment does not include customs fees. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

LOCAL PICKUP – Contact us if you live in Southern California and would like to pick up the item locally.

YOUR FREE GIFT – Both USPS and UPS round the weight of the package up to the next nearest pound, so if your purchase, all packed up weighs 1 Lb 3 Ozs, we will be charged for 2 pounds, so we might slip a free gift in your shipment.

FREEBIES – If you add one of our freebies to your order, Bonanza may be set up to add shipping, if on packing your order we find that the freebie doesn’t raise the cost (see above) we will refund any extra shipping costs. Feel free to ask us before you complete your order and we will quote your shipping.

NOTE – We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier to UPS when necessary, let us know if this will cause a problem. Normally UPS is quite a bit more expensive, but we have more confidence in them and on some larger items the price can be equitable.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us and we are dedicated to providing a positive experience for all of our visitors.

Please let us know immediately if something is not as expected with your purchase and we make every effort to make it right!

INSURANCE – Your item may be insured against loss or damage, please inspect it immediately upon arrival.

Please DO NOT return the item until you receive our authorization.

Generally you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

USED ITEM RETURN – Because I am liquidating local estates, all items are sold as is. Most of my items are vintage and will naturally show wear from age and use. This is a garage sale, and the sale of most items will be considered final. All items are sold “as is”. I have endeavored to photograph and accurately describe every item as to its condition and authenticity to the best of my ability. Photographs are part of the description – I take as many photographs as I think are necessary to present an accurate and truthful “picture” of the items I am selling. If you are not sure what you are bidding on, please DO NOT bid. I am happy to answer any questions during the auction!

NEW ITEMS RETURN FOR REFUND – Some products may not be accepted.
• Any product that is no longer in brand new, unopened condition.
• Any product that has been installed or has experienced attempts of installation.
• Any product that is returned to us without its original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and all other items enclosed in the exact condition in which it was received.
• Any product that exhibits physical damage either to the merchandise itself or to the original packing materials and accessories within the product packaging.
